Job Description:
- Answer customer inquiries through chats, calls and e-mails
- Process payment transactions of customers
- Work with 2nd-level support
- Reports directly to the CSS Assistant Manager
Job Specification
- Graduate of any bachelor’s degree.
- Good command of the English language, both oral and written.
- Good record of attendance, interpersonal skills, and decision-making skills.
- Can work with minimum supervision but can be a team player and should be proactive.
- Willing to work six (6) days/week (either Saturday or Sunday off)
