Customer Success Specialist

Job Description:

  • Answer customer inquiries through chats, calls and e-mails
  • Process payment transactions of customers
  • Work with 2nd-level support
  • Reports directly to the CSS Assistant Manager

Job Specification

  • Graduate of any bachelor’s degree.
  • Good command of the English language, both oral and written.
  • Good record of attendance, interpersonal skills, and decision-making skills.
  • Can work with minimum supervision but can be a team player and should be proactive.
  • Willing to work six (6) days/week (either Saturday or Sunday off)
