  2. For refunds, kindly refer to https://www.dragonpay.ph/refund for information. Please review and follow instructions, incomplete data or failure to follow instructions will cause delay in the processing of your refund. Note that we only send refunds to the banks listed on that page and we only refund to either savings or current (checking) accounts. We DO NOT perform refunds to cash cards, prepaid cards or those type of cards that need to be funded first before it can be used. Refunds does not have to be to the account which you used to transact with Dragonpay.
