Payment Specialist

Job Summary:

You will be responsible for executing daily payout, settlement, and recurring payment transactions while supporting technical reconciliations. The role ensures accuracy, timeliness, and compliance in all financial operations and provides operational support to maintain smooth cash flow processes. You will also assist with reporting, monitoring, and communication with internal stakeholders to resolve transaction issues.

Job Specifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
  • Minimum of 1 to 3 years of experience in financial operations, settlements, or treasury roles
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills
  • Strong analytical skills with a meticulous attention to detail
  • High integrity and adherence to data confidentiality standards
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Workspace, and reconciliation/reporting tools
  • Willing to undergo ten days of training (the company will provide an allowance)
  • Willing to work on-site at our Marikina office six (6) days a week
