Inbound Account Executive

Job Summary

  • This role handles inbound inquiries, qualifies merchants, and guides them through onboarding. It ensures timely responses, supports activation, and escalates complex cases, helping maintain a smooth onboarding process and a strong sales pipeline.

Job Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for inbound merchant inquiries across all inbound channels.
  • Qualify inbound leads by understanding the merchant’s business model, payment requirements, transaction volume, and technical needs.
  • Explain and demonstrate how Dragonpay’s payment solutions align with the merchant’s business needs.
  • Guide qualified merchants through documentation, integration, and activation to ensure a smooth setup.
  • Accurately track leads, communications, and onboarding status while performing timely follow-ups to prevent drop-offs.

Job Specifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
  • 0–2 years of experience in sales, business development, or other customer-facing roles. Fresh graduates with strong communication skills are welcome to apply.
  • Ability to understand basic product concepts, pricing, and merchant use cases with guidance.
  • Basic understanding of payment flows, merchant onboarding processes, or API-based integrations.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks.
  • Willing to work on-site in Marikina City
