Job Summary:

  • The Marketing Coordinator is the tactical engine of the team, responsible for the daily coordination, execution, and support of all marketing activities. This role requires a proactive, detail-oriented professional who ensures that all marketing projects are completed on time and with precision.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Field Marketing: Assist the team in identifying potential events and conferences. Coordinate all event logistics, including securing a booth, arranging for collaterals, and managing on-site representation.
  • Content & Social Media: Produce compelling content including social media graphics, video clips, and marketing collaterals. Draft copy for posts, articles, and other materials closely working with the Marketing Officer.
  • Administrative Support: Gather data from the CRM for reports. Do marketing-related research as needed. Handle vendor and supplier coordination for events and projects. Track marketing expenses and receipts for budget reconciliation.
  • Collaboration: Act as a key liaison between the marketing team and internal and external partners (e.g., vendors, event organizers) to ensure smooth operations.

Job Specifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in marketing, events coordination, or content creation.
  • Knowledge in google and digital marketing tools.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Willing to work on-site at Marikina office.
