  2. Promotion is only applicable for payment of bills that are worth at least PHP P1500. (Valid to
    ALL users. Can only be used 1x per month. Cannot be used with other promos.)

  3. Promotion is limited to one transaction per voucher code and may not be used with other vouchers.
