Paying Online using EastWestBanker and Dragonpay

You may make online payments to Dragonpay-accredited merchants using your EastWestBanker Internet banking facility.

Step 1

Choose EastWestBanker from the payment list of Dragonpay.  You will be prompted to confirm your email address.  Upon confirmation, an email instruction will be sent.  Open the email and follow the instructions.

Login to EastWestBanker Personal Online Banking.  If you do not have an account yet with EastWestBanker, click the Sign me up link and register online.

Step 2

From the main menu, choose Fund Transfer.  EastWestBanker will prompt you for a One-Time Password (OTP).  The OTP may be sent to either your mobile phone via SMS or to your email address.

Note: If this is your first time to use Dragonpay with EastWestBanker, you have to enroll us as an unrelated account first.  You can do this by clicking the “click here to enroll an unrelated account” link.  Add Dragonpay’s account 000901047881.

Step 3

Choose the bank account that you want to serve as the fund source.  Select the Dragonpay account that you previously added as the fund recipient.

For Transfer Amount, make sure to type in the exact amount due in your email instruction from Step 1.   Under Transaction History Description, enter the 8-char/digit Dragonpay reference no (and nothing else).

Click the Send button.

Step 4

EastWestBanker will display the fund transfer confirmation number.   At this point, the process has completed and you may just wait for Dragonpay’s confirmation.  Note that it normally takes about 5 to 10 minutes for our system to synchronize with the bank.   If you do not hear from us in about 10 mins, you may contact Customer Support for assistance.
