Paying Online using BDO Mobile Internet Banking and Dragonpay

You may make online payments to Dragonpay-accredited merchants using your BDO Mobile Internet Banking (MIB) facility.  MIB is just an extension of the Retail Internet Banking (RIB) facility of BDO.  So you have to enroll and setup a BDO RIB account first before you can use MIB.

Step 1

Setup your BDO RIB account to work with Dragonpay.

Step 2

Login to BDO MIB using your mobile smartphone or tablet.

Step 3

From the main menu, go to Transfer Funds.

Step 4

Select your source account from the dropdown list.   In the Destination Account, select Dragonpay’s account (1678005430) in the dropdown list.   If you do not see Dragonpay’s account in the list, please see Step 1 on how to enrol Dragonpay to your BDO RIB.

In the Amount field, enter the exact amount due.  Click the Confirm button to proceed.

 

Step 5

BDO MIB will display a Transaction Acknowledgement screen.  Logout from BDO MIB.

Step 6

Click on the validation link in item #2 of your email instruction.  You will be redirected to a page which will prompt for the Account Name.  Enter your name as it appears in your bank account and click on the Validate button to complete the process.

 

Note that sometimes it can take anywhere from 1 minute to 5 minutes for our system to synchronize with the bank.   So if you validate too soon, the screen may prompt you to retry.  You may retry up to 5 minutes.  If the validation still fails, email support@dragonpay.ph for assistance.
